What does a credit pay for?
Credits pay only for AI pictures: 2 for a standard image, 7 for Pro quality, 12 for 4K and 2 for each carousel card. Editing, resizing, text and downloads are free, and a generation that fails is refunded automatically.
Why is my charge an unusual amount?
Pay-as-you-go charges are always credits × $0.06, so 30 credits cost $1.80 and 5,833 credits cost $349.98. Your receipt shows the number of credits and the price per credit.
Do bought credits remove the watermark?
Yes. Once you have paid for credits, your downloads carry no Sociby mark, even without a plan. The number of brands and the quality follow your plan.
What happens to unused credits?
Monthly credits carry over for one more month; credits you buy as you go last 12 months. The credits that expire first are spent first.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. A bigger plan starts at once with its credits. To move to a smaller plan, cancel the renewal and choose it when your month ends.
Which currency do you charge in?
All prices are in US dollars and your card is charged in USD by Stripe. Your bank may show the amount in your own currency.
