Subscription & Billing Terms

1.Plans

Sociby offers a free plan and paid monthly plans. Each paid plan includes a number of credits every month, a number of brands and a highest image quality, as shown on the pricing page at sociby.com/pricing at the time you subscribe.

2.Billing and automatic renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance for one month. YOUR PLAN RENEWS AUTOMATICALLY EVERY MONTH AT THE THEN-CURRENT PRICE AND WE WILL CHARGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD ON EACH RENEWAL DATE UNTIL YOU CANCEL. You can cancel the renewal at any time in Plan & credits in the app; your plan then stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.

If a renewal payment fails, we or Stripe may retry it. If it still fails, your account moves to the free plan at the end of the paid period; credits you already received stay usable until they expire.

3.Upgrades and downgrades

If you move to a bigger plan, it starts at once and you receive its credits; the unused part of your current period is credited by our payment processor where it supports it. If you move to a smaller plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current period.

4.Credits

Credits pay for AI generation. The number of credits each action costs is shown on the pricing page and on every button that spends credits, before you press it.

• Monthly plan credits can be used during the month they are given and the month after; then they expire.
• Credits you buy as you go and top-up credits stay usable for 12 months from purchase.
• The credits that expire first are spent first.
• If a generation fails, the credits it reserved are returned automatically.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are not refundable except as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5.Pay as you go

You can buy any number of credits within the limits shown in the app, at one published price per credit (currently US$0.06). The amount charged is always the number of credits multiplied by the price per credit; for example, 30 credits cost US$1.80 and 5,833 credits cost US$349.98. Your receipt shows the number of credits and the price per credit. Pay-as-you-go purchases are one-time payments and never renew.

Once you have paid for credits, the Sociby watermark is removed from your downloads even on the free plan. The number of brands and the highest quality still follow your plan.

6.Prices, currency and taxes

All prices are in US dollars. Your bank or card issuer may convert the amount into your local currency and may charge fees for doing so. Prices do not include taxes unless stated; where we are required to collect sales tax, VAT or similar taxes, they will be added at checkout and shown on your receipt.

We may change prices. A price change for a paid plan applies from your next renewal after we have told you about it at least 30 days in advance; if you do not agree, you can cancel the renewal before it takes effect. Price changes never affect credits you have already bought.

7.Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. on behalf of Mabeyn LLC. By paying, you also agree to Stripe's terms that apply to payers. We do not receive or store your full card number. Charges appear on your statement under a descriptor that includes "Sociby".

8.Billing questions and chargebacks

If you think a charge is wrong, contact [email protected] first; we will look into it promptly. If you file a chargeback for a valid charge, we may suspend your account until it is resolved, and credits from the disputed payment may be removed.
