Getting started
How do I make my first post?
Create a free account, pick a template or an idea for your industry and choose a format. Sociby makes the picture and places your brand on it; edit any word, then download.
Do I need a brand kit first?
No. You can start from a template right away. When you add your logo, colors and fonts, every template and every new post uses them automatically.
Which formats can I make?
Square and portrait feed posts, stories and carousels of two to ten cards. One design gives you every format.
Brand kits
What goes into a brand kit?
Your logo (a light and a dark version), up to four brand colors, a headline and a body font, your field and a layout. Sociby picks your colors from your logo; you can change them.
Will AI change my logo or fonts?
Never. AI makes only the picture. Your logo, colors and fonts are placed by our compositor as exact, editable layers.
Can I manage several brands?
Yes. Pro, Business and Agency plans include several brands, each with its own kit, and you switch between them in a click.
Credits and billing
What does a credit pay for?
Credits pay only for AI pictures. Every button that costs credits shows the price before you press it. Templates, editing and downloads are free, and a generation that fails is refunded automatically.
What happens to unused credits?
Monthly credits carry over for one more month; credits you buy separately last twelve months. The credits that expire first are spent first.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Open Plan & credits in the app. A bigger plan starts at once; a smaller one starts when your month ends. You can cancel the renewal at any time and keep your plan until the period ends.
Can I get a refund?
Write to billing and tell us what happened. Our refund policy explains when refunds apply.
Account and privacy
How do I download my data?
Go to Account in the app and choose Download your data. You get a file with your account, brand kits and designs.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account and choose Delete account. Your designs, brand kits and uploads are deleted, and any renewal is cancelled.
