The rules for using Sociby and the content you create with it. This policy forms part of the Terms of Service.
1.Purpose
Sociby is a tool for creating social media visuals for real brands and creators. This policy explains what you may not do with it, so the Service stays safe, lawful and fair for everyone.
2.Content you may not create or upload
You must not use Sociby to create, upload or share content that:
- sexualizes minors in any way, or is sexually explicit;
- depicts real people, including public figures, without their permission, or impersonates a person, brand or organization;
- infringes copyrights, trademarks or other rights, including logos, characters or brand assets you do not have the right to use;
- is false or misleading in a way that can harm people, including deceptive advertising, fake reviews, fraudulent offers or misleading health, financial or political claims;
- promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or illegal activity, or harasses, threatens or demeans people based on protected characteristics;
- promotes regulated goods or services, such as weapons, drugs, gambling or financial products, in breach of the law or of the rules of the platforms where you post;
- contains malware or personal data of others that you have no right to share.
3.Ways you may not use the Service
You must not:
- try to bypass our safety filters, rate limits, credits or payment systems, or use the Service to train or improve other AI models;
- scrape, copy or resell the Service, its templates, layout kits or prompts, or access it through automated means we have not allowed;
- attack, overload, probe or interfere with the Service or its security, or access other users' accounts or data;
- create accounts in bulk, share an account between unrelated people, or use the Service after we have suspended you.
4.AI content and disclosure
Pictures created with Sociby are made by AI. You are responsible for reviewing every post before you publish it and for following the rules of the platforms you post on, including any requirement to label AI-generated or altered content. Do not present AI-generated people as real customers, patients or employees, or AI-generated pictures as photographs of real products, places or results where that would mislead people.
5.Photos of people
If you upload photos of people, you confirm that you have their permission to use their image for your purpose. Sociby does not generate pictures of real, recognizable people or public figures, and you must not try to make it do so.
6.Enforcement
We may review content that is reported to us or flagged by our automated safety systems. If content or use breaks this policy, we may block the generation, remove the content, limit features, suspend or close the account and, where required, report it to the authorities. Credits spent on content blocked for breaking this policy are not returned.
7.Reporting content and copyright notices
To report content that breaks this policy, or to send a copyright notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, email [email protected] with a description of the content, where it appears, your contact details and, for copyright notices, the information the law requires, including a statement of good faith and your signature.
